Ask Claude about your Pomodore work.
Connect Pomodore to Claude and get answers about your tasks, projects, clients and timesheets in plain language. Read-only, and limited to what your own account can already see.
Look up work
Find and summarise tasks by status, priority, due date, assignee, project or client, or search them by keyword.
Count and compare
Group open and overdue work by client, project, team member or month, so you can see where the load sits.
Report on time
Total the hours logged against tasks and break them down by person, project or client.
Connect in four steps
Add Pomodore as a custom connector
https://api.pomodore.in/mcpLeave any client ID or client secret fields empty — Pomodore registers the connection automatically. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans an organisation Owner may need to add the connector first, under Organization settings → Connectors.Sign in with your Pomodore account
Turn it on in a chat and ask
What Claude can and cannot see
- Read-only. Claude cannot create, change or delete anything in Pomodore.
- Your access, not the whole company’s. Claude follows your task-board access (my tasks, my team’s tasks or all tasks), any client restrictions on your account and, if your company uses custom roles, your role’s permissions.
- Your company only. Data from other companies is never visible.
Things to try
- Which of my tasks are overdue, and which client is each for?
- Show the tasks due this week, grouped by project.
- How many hours did our team log for [client name] last month, and who logged them?
- Give me a breakdown of open tasks by status for [project name].
- Find tasks that mention “GST return” and tell me who is working on them.
Troubleshooting
- “Incorrect user name or password”
- Use the same login as the Pomodore app. After several failed attempts, sign-in is paused for a few minutes — wait and try again.
- Claude returns no tasks
- Claude only sees what your own account sees. A team member whose access is limited to “my tasks” sees tasks assigned to them or waiting for their review. Ask your Pomodore admin to check your task access.
- A tool or topic is missing, such as timesheets
- If your company uses custom roles, your role may not include that area. Ask your admin to review your role’s permissions.
- It stopped working after a while
- Access ends if your Pomodore account is deactivated or the connection is removed. Disconnect and connect again to sign in afresh.
Disconnecting
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, select Pomodore and choose Disconnect or remove it. Pomodore access tokens also expire automatically, and a deactivated Pomodore user loses access within about a minute.
Privacy and support
When you ask a question, the matching task, project, client or timesheet details are sent to Claude to produce the answer, and are handled under Anthropic’s terms. Pomodore stores only what the connection needs to work — a registration for the Claude client, access tokens kept in a hashed form so they cannot be read back, and standard security logs. Pomodore does not store your Claude conversations.
